PARTY HEARSE




		"Where are you located?" We are based in New Orleans, La. "How far will you travel to do a job?" We will travel within 30 mile radius of New Orleans for the listed rates. *"Will you travel further?"* We do but it may cost more. Please call for rates outside the metro-New Orleans area. The higher fee offsets the higher gas cost.. *"Can we rent a hearse and drive it ourselves?"* Sorry... only our drivers are allowed to operate our hearses. "How many people can fit in the hearse?" Depends... usually 2 in front with the driver, and no more than 4 in the back. *"Are there seats in the back of the hearse?"* We use high-end cutom bean bag chairs. *"Is there anything you need to know before you rent a hearse?"* Yes...I need to know the following information from you so I can be prepared: 1. Your exact address so I can look up the driving directions on the internet. 2. The date and time you need the rental for. 3. How many hours you'll be renting the hearse. 4. What sort of occasion is this for? 5. Am I giving people rides in the hearse or am I just parking outside for "looks"? 6. If I am giving people rides, approximately how many people will there be? 7. I require a down payment (cash or check) when your rental is booked before the job is done. 8. You must also make sure you have cash (and cash only) to pay the balance when I show up. *"What kind of payments do you accept?"* Checks/Cash when booking and Cash when I arrive to do the job. NO EXCEPTIONS!

							*"When do you prefer to be paid?* I prefer 1/2 payment beforehand when the job is first booked or arranged. Then, the 2nd half must be paid (CA$H) when I arrive. This is just to make sure I don't get taken advantage of with bad or cancelled checks. *"Why do you prefer half the money before hand?"* To prevent back outs. I've turned down jobs in the past for one's already booked, only to lose money on both because of a cancellation. *"Say we rent a hearse for a certain amount of set hours, then when it's done, we want to rent it longer. Can we continue?"* Sure... but there will be an extra hourly fee added to the bill which must be paid IN CA$H before doing so. *"I am 15 years old. Do you rent to minors?"* Yes, but only with a signed release from your parents. *"Do you allow photographs?"* Yes. Take all the pictures you want. I will also take pictures and offer the occasion on a musical video for purchase. We can also include your photographs in our "Family Album." *"Do you furnish all the props?"* Yes!
